Plano, Texas – November 30, 2009 – ANCHOR SOFTWARE, LLC, a leading provider of data processing software
for postal processing, data quality, direct marketing and document design, today announced that Dillard’s Inc. has
selected MaxCASS, Anchor's CASS Certified™ solution as well as MaxMover, Anchor’s United States Postal
Service® (USPS®) certified NCOALink® interface for change-of-address processing. Dillard’s signed a multi-year
license agreement encompassing Anchor’s IBM Mainframe and Windows-PC platforms.
Dillard’s, in an effort to improve service, consolidate vendors, and lower operating costs, chose Anchor Software as its
preferred software vendor. Anchor will provide software and associated technical services that meet Dillard’s
requirements due to Anchor’s high level of software performance and technical support. The decision to change was
greatly influenced by Anchor Software’s demonstrated ability to offer comprehensive multi-platform solutions that can
run on both IBM Mainframes as well as MS Windows servers. In addition, the level of technical support provided by
Anchor was evaluated to be above and beyond the levels available from prior software vendors..
Anchor Software first certified MaxCASS for use on IBM Mainframes in 2006 and since that time has continued to
deliver new and more powerful IBM Mainframe solutions for address correction, standardization and change-of-
address processing. Those capabilities provide for dramatic increases in overall production speed and the flexibility to
seamlessly expand production capacity.
