MaxCASS OS Version 3.2.096.22.11N Released June 2022

IMPORTANT: The Census Tract and Block fields have been updated with the Census 2020 information.

Enhancements

This release adds the ability to process multiple Input files for the Windows MaxCASS OS version. When using a wildcard symbol (*) in the Input file name all Input files that match will append into a single Input file. Then MaxCASS OS will process that single file. 

This release adds a new Output field describing the deliverability of an address. This field is called DELIVERY INDEX and contains a minimum of 2 characters and is available in Layout Manager.

This release adds the recognition of the suffix DC (Doctor of Chiropractor) in the Name field. This allows for NCOA lookup on these records.

Corrections

This release improves the handling of Microsoft Excel XLSX file types for both Input and Output types. Occasionally MaxCASS OS would crash depending on the Input or Output fields used. This feature now functions as expected. 

This release corrects previous failures in NCOA processing to now cause MaxCASS OS to stop processing. Previously MaxCASS OS would handle erroneous errors by continuing to process, which lead to missed NCOA matches. This feature now functions as expected.
