LayoutManager Version 4.0.195.0 Released March 2024

Enhancements

This release adds the following options in the Settings dialog:
Check for overlaps when validating fixed-length layouts
Sort layout fields by physical order when loading

This release adds the following to the Tools menu:
Eliminate field overlaps (do not compact)
Recalculate and compact field positions using field lengths

This release adds new move-up and down buttons in the Layout/Sublayout field panes.

This release adds a new context option for Inster Row in the Layout/Sublayout field panes. 

 

Corrections

This release fixes Fixed Lenght records for Single Character delimiters to now properly calculate the Record Lenght and open the file. This feature now functions as expected.
