Enhancements

This release contains new rates for competitive products (Parcel Select Destination Entry, Parcel Select Lightweight (PSLW), First-Class Package Services (PSVC) etc.) and new postage statements. Please visit August 2021 Price Change | Postal Explorer (usps.com) for more information on the new rates.

This update also contains the Mail.dat File format 22-1. 

This release updates the EDDMFacingSlip.pdf to now include Bundle Sequential Counting.
