Clarification to the

NCOALink® and DSF2® Monthly Reporting File Documents

Primary Audience:  NCOALink and DSF2 Licensees

***There have been no changes to the NCOALink and DSF2 Cycle O Reporting Requirements***

Please refer to the below table regarding submission of the monthly reports in the new format.  November 2023 (October 2023’s processing data) is the only month where the USPS will allow licensees to submit reports in both the new or the old format.

NOTE:  DSF2 & MPE Processing Reports are currently submitted by email and will continue until USPS provides further instructions on automation.

Should a licensee need to resubmit a report in the old format after November 2023, please email the report to ncoastat@usps.gov with an explanation.

The above changes coincide with the CASS™ Cycle O software.
