This release only affects the Loqate Cloud International-Address lookup feature of AddressPro.
The Loqate Cloud web service has been updated from a SOAP to a REST system. By default, this version and all future versions of AddressPro will use the new REST web service for Loqate Cloud lookups. All address-processing functionality will remain the same.
The only change that a user might need to make is to ensure that their Loqate Cloud license key (in the AddressPro web-service configuration file) is in the newer format, see below:

This release of MaxCASS OS now includes the functionality to place phantom route addresses in the undeliverable file. Phantom addresses are those that the USPS recognizes as valid and deliverable according to DPV® (Delivery Point Validation), but to which the USPS does not actually provide mail delivery service.
Since the PARE option is no longer available, customers should use the SPLIT command to divide a file into multiple files based on their specified criteria.
For Example, to split all the states that are not NY do the following:

This release improves the Firm Bundling process to provide a more accurate Mail Preparation. MaxPresort OS will now consider both the Copies Field and the Address Field in the Input Files Layout when qualifying records for Firm Mail Preparation. In the previous version, only the Copies Field was evaluated. This enhancement ensures Firm Bundles are generated properly when either or both fields indicate qualifying conditions.
This release includes an update to the Plus One option. MaxPresort OS now prints the Plus One information on Pallet and Tray labels and generates the corresponding Mail.dat files. This also supports qualifications for the new Marriage Mail feature.

This release contains an enhancement based on the lastest version of MaxPresort OS v 3.3.9.3. This release adds the option to reserve IMb serial numbers by Mailer ID only. This setting is located in the IMb panel of the GUI and <MailerIDIMBLookup> in the XML. By selecting this option, the letter Z is applied to the Anchor IMB.mdb and .db. IMB Manager and SmartBarcode Manager now contain the following options: F-First Class, S-USPS Marketing Mail, P-Periodicals, and Z-Only Use Mailer ID for Reserving Serial Numbers.
