AddressPro Version 1.21.3.0 Released February 2025

Enhancements

This release only affects the Loqate Cloud International-Address lookup feature of AddressPro.
The Loqate Cloud web service has been updated from a SOAP to a REST system. By default, this version and all future versions of AddressPro will use the new REST web service for Loqate Cloud lookups. All address-processing functionality will remain the same.

The only change that a user might need to make is to ensure that their Loqate Cloud license key (in the AddressPro web-service configuration file) is in the newer format, see below:

Corrections

This release fixes the AddressPro WSD: files to allow files to be retrieved from a simple URL using a web browser. The URLs to use for each of the AddressPro WSDL files are as follows (HTTPS should be used for SSL connections):

This release fixes an issue with the DetectAddressLines operation in the Address Utilities interface. If an address line contained a street name with a suffix of CT (COURT), the program would incorrectly assign CT as the State. This feature has been corrected and now functions as expected.

This release fixes an issue with the CodingEngine field not containing the new international REST call for the Loqate Cloud. This feature now functions as expected.

This release fixes the error message when credits are expired in a Loqate Cloud account. This feature now functions as expected.

This release fixes an issue on Mainframe platforms with the crashing of addresses in Puerto Rico, where the address is presented in address line 2 only, and the city/state has multiple finance numbers.  This feature now functions as expected.

This release updates the ResetFileName from a directive to a command. This will allow all DefVar’s to use this option now. This feature now functions as expected.

This release updates the Display Value of the Report Value to point to the defined Environment and produce the report correctly. This feature now functions as expected, and the Display Value will now pull from the configuration during the initial loading of the software.

This release updates the directory for PowerSort. This feature now functions as expected and will call the Working Directory if no directory is set for the sortation tool.

DataScan Version 1.0.0.21 Released June 2025

Enhancements

This release enhances DataScan, allowing alternate file record formats like CR/CR/LF delimited files. DataScan will open any file with an unknown record length in Raw mode. The user can view 5,000 characters and determine the correct record size. Once the user updates the record width, the database will reopen in Record Mode.

Layout Manager 4 Version 4.0.215.0 Released December 2025

Enhancements

This release adds validation warnings for Delimited formats if a “Field N” is referenced by multiple fields.

This release adds the CMM field to the MaxPresort OS section.

Corrections

This release updates Layout Manager to no longer delete the wrong row when multiple Fields are referenced as the same “Field n” number. Also, in some circumstances, the Layout Field name was being replaced with “Field n”. These features now function as expected.

MaxCASS OS Version 4.1.0.1.25.11 Cycle O Released December 2025

This release improves the error reporting for the PAF processing.

This release adds a check to ensure users who are running with multiple USPS NOCA Licenses to correctly assign Job Statistics to the correct license.

MaxCASS Plus Version 1.2.4.2 Cycle O Released November 2025

Enhancements

This release updates MaxCASS Plus to now issue a warning when the user uses synonymous fields Address Line 1 and Primary Address or Address Line 2 and Secondary Address. 
For Example: 
08/13/2025 13:59:28 – WARNING: Synonymous field ‘OUTPUT PRIMARY ADDRESS’ in Output layout duplicates field ‘OUTPUT ADDRESS 1’ and will be ignored. Field will be blank.
 
This release modifies the behavior of the casing options as follows:
  • Address Case – this option outputs the address and city lines based on one of the following options:
    • Upper – this uppercases the address lines field.
    • Mixed – this mix cases the address lines field.
    • Lower – this lower cases the address lines field.
    • Upper and Lower – this mix cases the address lines field.
 
  • Company Name Case – this option cases the company and firm fields based on one of the options:
    • Upper – this uppercases the company/firm field.
    • Mixed – this mix cases the company/firm field.
    • Lower – this lower cases the company/firm field.
    • Normal – this mix cases the company/firm field.
  • Apply Intelligent Casing Logic to Name – this option is only available if Mix Case is selected. It outputs the name in upper and lower case regardless of the casing in the input file. This logic will convert mc in a name to Mc and uppercases the letter that comes after the c. Names that start with mac will not convert it only applies the upper case to the M.

Corrections

This release update MaxPresort OS to now correctly qualify all SCF pieces to the DSCF for DropShip. The issue was with the Piece Dimensions which made the program to create bundles instead of groups. This feature now functions as expected.

This release was not acknowledging the card dimensions (card size pieces) in the setup and therefore MaxPresort OS will not create the bundles. This feature now functions as expected.

This release adjusts the Pallet Placard Line 1 to have MXD WKG for the MIXED containers/Pallets. MaxPresort OS was originally not applying this correctly for bundles on pallets presorts. This feature now functions as expected.

MaxPrint Version 3.7.768.0 Released November 2025

Enhancements

This release adds code to detect bad characters within MaxPrint. MaxPrint will now displays a one-time warning when the frame is drawn and also converts the bad character to a space.

This release updates the PilotPro GUI to the WPF style GUI.

This release now supports AP_cfg.ini, which allows PilotProt to use SQLite files for the configuration database.

This release updates the AnchorAPService.exe to run as a Windows Service or in console mode when it is run from a command line such as AnchorAPService.exe -console

This release fixes an issue with the encryption of the passwords to now function as expected.

SmartBarcode Manager Version 2.0.0.6 Released June 2025

Enhancements

This release contains an enhancement based on the lastest version of MaxPresort OS v 3.3.9.3. This release adds the option to reserve IMb serial numbers by Mailer ID only. This setting is located in the IMb panel of the GUI and <MailerIDIMBLookup> in the XML. By selecting this option, the letter Z is applied to the Anchor IMB.mdb and .db. IMB Manager and SmartBarcode Manager now contain the following options: F-First Class, S-USPS Marketing Mail, P-Periodicals, and Z-Only Use Mailer ID for Reserving Serial Numbers.
