This release updates the Log File location as it is now under a common root directory called Logs with all products listed as subdirectories. This will allow the user to easily maintain the logs for all their products. Anchor Software recommends cleaning out the Log directories every month to ensure a tidy environment.

This release contains the USPS® Postal Rate Changes and rules change effective January 21, 2024.
This release changes the calculation of qualifying Walk-Sequence discounts. If the RDI field in the layout is blank then the Walk-Sequence is NOW based on Total (Residential + Business) deliveries. In previous releases, a blank RDI was treated as Residential Only.
IMPORTANT: MaxPresort OS Mainframe Users - The size of the MAXPSORT load module has increased beyond 16 MB. This requires the load library to be a PDSE. The install script install.cmd has been updated to receive the load modules into a PDSE.

Note: As part of the 2023 Rate Changes, the USPS has eliminated various Manual Address Correction STIDs for Full-Service mailings. Please select a valid STID from the available list and save the XML prior to processing as MaxPresort OS will not process with old STID's.
